What is your return policy?
- Timeframe: You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with its packaging and proof of purchase.
- Eligible and ineligible items:Eligible: Most items not marked as final sale.Ineligible: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and consumable products by nature.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact support via soporte@maria-dominguez.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and packaging instructions.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
